[both jae-ha and shin ah look pretty hunted at the very idea, though jae-ha hides it much better. zeno just reaches to tug gently at his sleeve] Maybe not? Zeno's family is pretty private.

[as they round a corner and come properly into camp, they're met with a scowling but gorgeous young man who is currently attending a big bubbling pot on the campfire.]

[a big white shape darts into camp (with a clatter of dropped firewood) to clap a meaty dragon claw over his mouth]

[the boy at the fire just gives kano an absolutely long-suffering look, while the young man with the claw squawks in despair.]

"Oh, this one will fit right in. You're right though, so you get to eat."

[zeno laughs into the claw still clapped over his mouth]

[oh im...going to eat their food when theyre out in the middle of nowhere that seems...rude....]

Ah, I'm not all that hungry. I'll try a little though, just to have a taste~

[the boy at the fire answers dryly, having exactly zero percent of that shit.]

"I'm not gonna starve our guest, idiot. I'll just make Hak and Yona hunt up another bird. She'll love the excuse to practice her shooting more, anyway."

[prying kija's hand off his face now]

It's true, she sneaks off to train on her own enough. Anyway, this is the lad-- ["Yun", the boy at the fire interjects] and Hakuryuu.

[the pale dragonboy straightens, schooling himself into something like dignity]

"My name is Kija. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Ah, I'm happy that he has so many in fact! There must be no end to the love and care in such a cute family~

[zeno is not remotely embarrassed, but jae-ha looks like he doesn't know what to do with these remarks, shin ah is visibly debating hiding in a tent, kija is puffed up with joy, and yun is raising an eyebrow.]

[Jae-ha leans in to mutter to Zeno, amused.]

"I can't believe you brought Hak and I this sort of competition."

A little competition is healthy, Ryokuryuu~

[yun claps his hands together to get their attention]

"All right, you rare beasts. We weren't expecting a guest, so someone's gotta track down the spare bedding. Jae-ha, I leave that to you. Shin Ah, can you go tell Yona and Hak to bring back more game than expected?"

[shin ah nods and fucks off, while jae-ha flaps a hand and ducks into a tent.]

As guests go I won't be bringing much to the table as I'm well out of my element.

I suppose I could donate my candy reserves but I suspect it'll be sweeter than you can handle.
